Team-Plast Sp. z o.o. is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds entitled “Implementation of R&D results at Team-Plast related to the development of innovative AXIS doors.”

Project objectives:

  • implementation of the results of R&D activities completed by the Applicant, leading to the creation of a new innovative product: AXIS doors;
  • increasing the innovativeness and competitiveness of the company;
  • strengthening the company’s market position in Poland and on foreign markets.

Planned outcomes:

  • construction of a production hall together with office and social facilities, as well as the purchase of machinery and equipment necessary to launch the production of AXIS doors;
  • creation of new jobs.

European Funds contribution: 1 227 940 PLN

Project summary:

The company has adopted a development strategy focused on responding to market needs and competing with foreign manufacturers. This approach is made possible by offering high-quality products at competitive prices, as well as by implementing innovative structural solutions and providing a wide range of product designs.

Ongoing analysis of market trends encourages the company to continuously seek new solutions that ensure long-term success. With this in mind, Team-Plast carried out R&D activities that led to the development and testing of innovative doors marketed under the trade name AXIS.

The implementation of the investment project described herein will enable the introduction of this new product to both the Polish and international markets. To achieve this, it is necessary to carry out an investment involving the construction of a new production hall with office and social facilities, as well as the purchase and installation of a dedicated machinery park for the production of AXIS doors.

The investment will allow the company to utilise the results of the completed R&D work and commence the production of AXIS doors, whose level of innovation exceeds the national standard. The project is consistent with the thematic scope of National Smart Specialisations and will contribute to the creation of new jobs.
